I’m an interdisciplinary artist and designer based in Los Angeles, with a background and expertise in photography and drawing. I enjoy taking on projects that allow me to bring these skillsets into creating unique creative solutions. I’m excited to continue utilizing my passion to make a positive impact in my community. I believe that art is a powerful vehicle that can be used to express ideas and perspectives while enhancing our overall life experience into something beautiful and memorable.

Fuerza

  • Fuerza Newspaper Broadsheet
Fuerza Newspaper Broadsheet Fuerza is a social activist group that focuses on the immediate and long term needs of the Los Angeles Immigrant Latino Community throughout the pandemic. With a community-based driven morality, Fuerza is an organization that strives to dismantle racial prejudice and discrimination, while simultaneously being a space where Latino Immigrants can feel comfortable reaching out for essential services
  • Fuerza Immigrant Protest Posters
Next I have my promotional posters for an immigration reform protest. I decided on creating this event as an opportunity for my group to physically congregate together as an act of unity and to advocate for their rights.

  • Fuerza Flag Cropped
Lastly I made a flag layout for my group to help solidify the Fuerza identity and to represent everything they believe in. I utilized this flag format as a moment where I could have the visual elements fully takeover and entirely fill the canvas surrounding my Fuerza group logo.

Lingo

  • Lingo: Primavera de Oro/Golden Spring Collection 2021
Lingo: Primavera de Oro/Golden Spring Collection 2021 Lingo is a cultural streetwear clothing brand that revolves around fusing traditional cultural aesthetics with modern day streetwear as a way of helping combat the lack of representation of minority groups and their roots within streetwear culture as a whole.

  • Lingo Bandana Prints
I made additional bandana prints to go along with the collection as a way of bringing in versatility to the stylization of the collection in a simple yet effective way. The bandana prints were also an opportunity to further integrate my analog image making studies into the collection.

The tone and color palette of this collection was heavily influenced by neutral earthy tones, so I chose to shoot and document my clothing garments in a natural landscape environment that felt integrated with the collection itself and matched the overall aesthetic.

Introspection

  • Introspection Brochure
Introspection Brochure Introspection is a project exploring the law of attraction as well as the origin and background of several meditative practices. My goal with this project was to help bring hope and provide a way to minimize stress & anxiety, through these times of isolation and uncertainty.
  • Introspection Brochure (Face-up Arial)
My brochure serves as an informative piece investigating the intersectionalities of historical and traditional philosophies that also have backgrounds with mindfulness and meditation.
  • Introspection Brochure (Face-up)
The brochure guides the audience through a break down what exactly introspection is, the importance of your inner voice, and your perception of self. The following four panels dives into a guide to the various historical introspective related practices such as stoicism and buddhism and how their beliefs could be applied to this self reflection.
  • Introspection Poster (Phase I)
The poster series serves as a summary of the brochure that more explicitly breaks down and summarizes what the four main stages of Introspection are. Since the stages themselves are sequential from 1 to 4 there is an aspect that connects all four of the posters to create an illusion of a path. They appear to all live within the same space when they are lined up next to each other.
