Message from the Chair
The Fashion Design Department's reputation is founded on quality, creativity, relevance, and innovation. The cornerstone of the department's curriculum is providing our students the opportunity to learn directly from a roster of mentors, industry professionals and costume designers, while endowing them with a robust set of technical skills to gleam in a competitive industry. In addition, our department prides itself on developing accomplished professional fashion designers by cultivating strong relationships within the fashion industry. During these unprecedented times, the students' commitment to working entirely online demonstrated their devotion and dedication to their discipline. They embraced challenges and faced them heroically. This year has equipped our graduating class with perseverance and the resolve to stretch their limits, to strive for excellence and leave a positive imprint on the world. They are ready to embark on a journey of limitless possibilities. It is my pleasure to introduce our second Virtual Exhibition, showcasing the talent and creativity of the Senior Class of 2021.
