The NERF Nade is a research intensive project aimed at reducing the material impact that a product has on the environment. To achieve this, the play functionality of an existing Nerf blaster was redesigned to become a throwable grenade-like object. An extensive iteration process was necessary to give this toy playable functionality.

Clearly is a set of desktop speakers designed with the intention of bringing together organic forms and industrial geometries. The simplicity of the exterior silhouette serves as a contrast to the detailed internal mechanism.

Event Horizon is inspired by the accretion discs found on the horizon line of a black hole. The pearl symbolizes the singularity found within the center of the black hole.
About the Artist
My interest in product design began with prop design; I find it magical to manifest items from the virtual world into the real world. Product design is a unique field of study that allows me to transform my conceptual ideas into tangible objects that embody my creative thinking. I strongly believe that if I can imagine it, I am able to bring it into real life. The projects that I've chosen to display on this virtual show accurately capture my design thinking and style of work.
