About the Artist
My artworks explore the overuse of technology in daily life. In an imaginary world individuals and groups of friends are shown immersed in their addiction to social media. I manifest how much we, as citizens, rely on social media using appetite for food as a metaphor for digital addiction and obsession, and pose the question: Is the vast amount of time we spend on the screen as worthy as we assume?
