Red, White, & Blue! A Card Catalog showcases the flags of thirty-four nations that share a red, white, & blue color palette. Through an interactive deck of cards, the catalog explores the unique meanings each country attributes to these three colors. By shuffling, displaying, and playing with these cards, these national symbols can be broken apart and brought back together in new ways to shatter any semblance of patriotic ownership. Brought together by a color scheme, this card catalog celebrates the different ways we as people can see the same things.

About the Artist
Milo Williams [he/him] is a designer, writer, and creative based in Los Angeles, CA. Originally from Salt Lake City, UT, he is interested in publication and interactive design, using the universal language of play to connect people and inspire a more compassionate and empathetic world view. He’s always excited to learn from others, think resourcefully, and take on any creative challenge lobbed his way. He also doesn’t usually speak in the third person.
