"Take a Hand"
Take a Hand is a short film that reminds us that as important it is to lend a hand, it is also just as important to “take” a hand from those around you.
In the world of Take a Hand, characters have a small garden growing on their heads. The condition of one’s garden represents the character’s mental health.
The main character of the story has a hard time asking for help. In fact, she believes she doesn’t need help; she can do everything on her own. However, all the work finally takes its toll, and she comes to realize she cannot handle everything by herself. Taking a step out of her comfort zone, our beloved reaches out and takes a hand.
